Profile
«Every structure begins with the ground. Regardless of how refined the structural analysis may be, true structural reliability cannot be achieved without a deep understanding of the soil foundation and soil–structure interaction»

Tural Rustamli is a Chief Structural Engineer with 15 years of dedicated engineering and leadership experience within the company. Over this time, he has progressed from design engineer to heading structural and computational engineering, delivering robust solutions for major transport, marine, and underground infrastructure projects.

He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Transport Infrastructure Engineering from the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, where he is also pursuing his PhD in Structural Mechanics. Specializing in complex numerical simulations and geotechnical engineering, he utilizes advanced computational tools including PLAXIS 2D/3D, LIRA, SAP2000, CSIBridge, and IDEA StatiCa to solve intricate soil–structure interaction and structural stability challenges
