Engineering Design of Culvert Structure and Water Pipeline for Sheki-Oguz Agropark
A specialized hydraulic and civil engineering infrastructure project designed to enhance the drainage, water transmission, and logistics network of a major regional agro-industrial cluster. The project encompasses comprehensive engineering design documentation for a reinforced culvert system alongside an intake transmission pipeline across the territory of the Sheki-Oguz Agropark in the Sheki district.
The engineered solutions deliver reliable floodwater regulation, protect local agricultural access roads and logistical arteries from flood hazards, and prevent sheet erosion across cultivated arable lands.
Key technical specifications:
• Heavy-duty reinforced concrete culvert crossing designed for high storm-runoff discharge;
• Conveyance water transmission pipeline: diameter D = 1.2 m (1,200 mm), total pipeline length L = 7.2 km;
• Associated inlet/outlet headwalls, energy dissipators, and flow-control chambers ensuring safe hydraulic transitions.
