Reconstruction and Restoration of the State Flag Square

A comprehensive architectural and civil engineering project dedicated to the large-scale reconstruction, restoration, and modernization of the State Flag Square in Baku. Scope of engineering and design deliverables:
• Master planning and architectural design of the square layout, pedestrian promenades, and observation terraces;
• Structural condition assessments, foundation analysis, and reinforcement detailing for the flag mast base and plinth structures;
• Coastal engineering and shoreline revetment solutions engineered to withstand wind loads and Caspian Sea wave action;
• Complete overhaul of on-site utility infrastructure, including power distribution, dynamic architectural facade lighting, stormwater drainage, and automated landscape irrigation;
• Integration design aligning the landmark territory seamlessly with the Seaside National Boulevard pedestrian corridors.
