Automation and Modification of the Ro-Ro Ramp at Baku Port

An engineering project for the comprehensive modernization, retrofitting, and automation of the adjustable linkspan transfer bridge (ramp) engineered for Ro-Ro and Ro-Pax ferries at the Baku International Sea Trade Port in Alat. The original structural design was overhauled through the integration of fully automated control systems and electro-hydraulic actuators. This multi-system engineering approach delivers precise bridge articulation relative to tidal water levels and vessel draft, ensuring superior operational safety and accelerating roll-on/roll-off transshipment cycles.
