Detailed design of an open-type fish farming facility in Pirallahi Settlement
A hydraulic and aquaculture engineering project focused on the establishment of a modern open-type fish breeding facility on the Caspian Sea coastline in the northeastern section of Pirallahi settlement. The documentation encompasses site master planning, coastal seawater intake headworks, and complete auxiliary utility infrastructure.
Core engineering scope:
• Master Plan: layout configuration of circular open-air fish rearing tanks, service access roads, operational zoning, storage, and administrative utility facilities;
• Coastal Seawater Intake Unit: submerged pump station well and valve chambers structurally integrated into the coastline terrain for continuous seawater supply;
• Marine Hydraulic Works: temporary cofferdam/embankment to facilitate marine construction, alongside shoreline revetment and erosion control;
• Auxiliary Utility Networks: pressurized seawater conveyance pipelines, process wastewater discharge conduits, and effluent treatment systems;
• Comprehensive 3D modeling of hydraulic intake infrastructure and preparation of detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates.
