A comprehensive design of a premium 7-story beachfront residential complex. Its aerodynamic U-shaped wave design optimizes coastal wind loads while creating a climate-protected inner courtyard. The project features a ground floor dedicated to commercial infrastructure and upper levels housing sea-view residences. Facade engineering includes clinker brick cladding with a 70 mm structural node offset and concealed LED profiles, while cascading green terraces provide natural acoustic insulation. Traffic logistics are managed by fully segregated vehicular flows with dedicated drop-off zones, strictly isolating car traffic from pedestrian beach access.
