Design of Onshore Buildings and Facilities for the Baku International Sea Trade Port
A major maritime civil and architectural engineering project focused on designing onshore infrastructure buildings, operational facilities, and auxiliary technical structures for the New Baku International Sea Trade Port located in the Alat settlement. The design documentation delivers a high-capacity, international-standard logistics and administrative port platform.
Core engineering scope:
• Architectural and structural design of administrative headquarters, customs clearance facilities, and security checkpoint complexes;
• Engineering design of cargo transit warehouses, maintenance workshops, logistics hubs, and fire station facilities;
• Structural engineering and deep foundation designs adapted to coastal marine soil conditions and regional seismic loads;
• On-site utility network engineering: potable water distribution, sewerage, industrial stormwater drainage, effluent treatment, and power systems;
• Circulation and traffic layout engineering for port service vehicles, freight road transport, and rail terminal connections.
