Engineering design of the Half Moon artificial island

A large-scale marine reclamation and hydraulic engineering project establishing an offshore land territory in the Caspian Sea basin at the Sea Breeze resort complex in Nardaran. The project entails the engineering and reclamation of the 38-hectare "Half Moon" artificial island. Comprehensive engineering scope includes hydraulic land reclamation, coastline geometry optimization, subsoil stabilization, and perimeter revetment/breakwater defenses. The island is engineered as a foundational platform designed to accommodate world-class premium hospitality, yachting marinas, tourism, and transport connectivity networks.
