The main facility of the depot is the Railway Maintenance Workshop (RM1) building with a gross area of 378.35 m² and a structural volume of 3,836.54 m³, constructed on a 425.0 m² footprint. The structure is engineered to withstand 8-point seismicity and Zone VI wind loads. The core of the facility is a 222.76 m² repair workshop equipped with a 12.5-ton overhead bridge crane for locomotive servicing. The administrative and utility block includes 15 rooms (training classroom, management offices, canteen, locker rooms, showers).
