Architectural design of the Palm Beach resort complex

The comprehensive design of a premium resort featuring six 7-story buildings with a combined structural footprint of 11,508.65 m² on a 4.89-hectare site, located 200 meters from the Caspian Sea coast within Sea Breeze Resort. The engineering is strictly optimized for coastal loads: the monolithic framework is engineered for an 8.2-magnitude seismicity, 73 kgf/m² wind pressure, and 80 kg/m² snow loads, maintaining a Class I fire resistance. Aquatic basins are constructed from sulfate-resistant B25 concrete poured over a robust B10 concrete base.
