Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of an alternative Ø1600 mm Circular Collector on R. Baghirov St

Preparation of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of a new sewer collector to replace an emergency-state section of the existing Circular Sewer Collector along R. Baghirov Street in the Khatai district of Baku using trenchless microtunneling techniques.

Scope of work and technical solutions:
• Hydraulic calculations and capacity modeling for the Ø1600 mm microtunnel collector;
• Plan-profile alignments and structural execution drawings adapted to urban constraints and soil conditions;
• Structural engineering of technological shafts (launching, reception, and inspection shafts);
• Design solutions for connecting existing basin carrier pipes into the new microtunnel;
• Surface settlement protection measures for road pavements, adjacent utilities, and structures;
• Complete bills of quantities, material specifications, and cost estimates.
