Design of Sea Breeze Office No. 5

Architectural and structural engineering of a premium 9-story business center with composite facades and a total area of 20,244 m². The building features 9 above-ground and 2 underground levels reaching down to -7.5 m. The monolithic concrete frame, resting on an 800 mm foundation slab, is engineered to withstand an 8.2-magnitude seismicity. The design includes advanced fire safety systems, utilizing E60-rated aluminum curtain walls and E120-rated doors for underground levels.
