Engineering design of the Venetion Harbor peninsula at Sea Breeze: 1–2 story commercial units, promenade, and bike lanes

As part of the coastal expansion project for the Sea Breeze resort complex in Nardaran settlement, the Venetion Harbor peninsula is engineered to host single- and two-story commercial and service facilities arranged in an open, free-flowing composition. The coastal frontage of the peninsula features a fully integrated boulevard-style promenade complete with pedestrian walkways, vehicular access lanes, and dedicated bicycle paths.
