A large-scale engineering design project for the 76.8 km Mughanli – Ismayilli – Gabala mountain highway. The project provides for expanding the roadway to 4 lanes to ensure safe and smooth transit and local traffic. The design incorporates key engineering structures: 15 bridges with a total length of 2,447.67 m, an 884 m mountain tunnel, 130 drainage culverts totaling 3,620.30 m, and 5 dedicated wildlife crossings with a combined length of 325.75 m.
