An engineering project for the development of inland waterway and coastal transport infrastructure, encompassing the detailed design documentation for the construction of a river berth on the Khobi River in the village of Kulevi (Khobi Municipality, Georgia). The marine hydraulic solutions are tailored to accommodate safe mooring, berthing, and cargo-handling operations for river and shallow-draft vessels, fully accounting for the hydrological regime of the Khobi River, seasonal water level variations, and the estuarine hydrodynamic influence of the Black Sea.
