An engineering project for the comprehensive modernization of maritime, berthing, and hydraulic infrastructure on the Caspian Sea, encompassing the detailed reconstruction design of the Makhachkala Commercial Sea Port — Russia's sole non-freezing deep-water port on the Caspian. The project aims to expand cargo terminal throughput, upgrade the berthing front, optimize port water basins, and enhance logistics capacity along the strategic International North–South Transport Corridor (INSTC).
