A specialized defense and marine hydraulic engineering project for the development of strategic naval infrastructure on the Caspian Sea, delivering the comprehensive design for a modern naval base tailored for the Naval Forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Puta settlement (Garadagh district). The engineered scope incorporates deep-water berthing quay walls for naval warship mooring, protective breakwaters, vessel maintenance and repair yards, administrative command and control facilities, personnel accommodation complexes, and dedicated onshore utility support networks.
