As part of the coastal expansion project for the Sea Breeze resort complex in the Nardaran settlement, the Dream Arena peninsula is engineered as a versatile multifunctional territory designed to host diverse buildings and facilities. The coastal edge of the peninsula incorporates an active boulevard-style waterfront promenade, fully integrated with pedestrian walkways, vehicular access roadways, and dedicated bicycle lanes.
