Design of the New M1 Baku – Guba – Russian Border Expressway

An engineering project for the development of strategic transport infrastructure—the large-scale design of the entirely new M1 expressway connecting Baku to the Russian Federation border. The start of the route is at km 45 of the Baku – Guba highway, with a total length of 92 km. For implementation efficiency, the project is divided into four independent working sections: Lot-1 (km 0+000 – 29+900), Lot-2 (km 29+900 – 53+500), Lot-3 (km 53+500 – 73+530), and Lot-4 (km 73+530 – 92+238.30).
