Design of the category IB Baku – Russian Border highway section (km 134–192) divided into three construction lots
An engineering project for the large-scale reconstruction of a strategic section of the main northern highway (km 134+000 ÷ km 192+000) connecting Baku with the Russian border. For optimization, the project is divided into three independent construction lots (Lot 1: km 134+700 ÷ 144+800; Lot 2: km 144+800 ÷ 167+860; Lot 3: km 167+860 ÷ 192+618.03). The road is assigned category IB, ensuring advanced standards for speed and safety.
